Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by the Limited Liability Company Individual Entrepreneur Natalya Gennadyevna Senchenko, TIN 602201933173, Primary State Registration Number 323784700223021, located at Pskov Region, Sebezhsky District, Sebezh city (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
General Provisions
The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen during the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.
This Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may receive about visitors to the website https://our-hr.tech/.
Key concepts used in the Policy

Automated processing of personal data — processing of personal data using computing technology;
Blocking of personal data — temporary termination of personal data processing (except cases when processing is necessary for clarifying personal data);

User — any visitor of the website https://our-hr.tech/;
Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons;
Distribution of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or acquaintance with personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including the publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data by any other means;

The Operator may process the following personal data of the User:

Last name, first name, patronymic;
Phone number;
User’s nickname in the messenger "Telegram";
Email address;
Name of the legal entity on behalf of which the User acts / place of work.
The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data in this Policy.
Also, the site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including cookie files) using Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica).

Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to provide the User with access to the services, information and/or materials contained on the website https://our-hr.tech/.

Any changes to the personal data processing policy by the Operator will be reflected in this document. The Policy is valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
In case of detection of unlawful or accidental transmission (provision, distribution, access) of personal data that leads to the violation of the rights of personal data subjects, the Operator undertakes, from the moment of detection of such an incident, to notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights:
7.3.1. within 24 hours about the incident, the presumed causes leading to the violation of personal data subjects' rights, and the presumed damage caused to the rights of personal data subjects, as well as measures taken to eliminate the consequences of the incident;
7.3.2. within 72 hours about the results of the internal investigation of the identified incident and provide information about persons whose actions caused the incident (if available).

Consent to Personal Data Processing
I (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject") give my Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") on the terms set forth below.
Providing Consent is pressing the "Submit" button when filling out the data form on the website at https://our-hr.tech/.
Acting freely, in accordance with my will and in my own interest, and also confirming my legal capacity, I give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Natalya Gennadyevna Senchenko, TIN 602201933173, Primary State Registration Number 323784700223021, located at Pskov Region, Sebezhsky District, Sebezh city (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") to process my personal data in accordance with the following conditions:

Consent is given to the processing of the following personal data of the Subject, which are not special or biometric:

Last name, first name, patronymic;
Phone number;
User’s nickname in the messenger "Telegram";
Email address;
Name of the legal entity on behalf of which the User acts.

Processing of personal data by the Operator means any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
The Subject gives consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

Identification of the Subject;
Sending notifications, requests and information regarding the Operator's actions;
Processing incoming filled feedback forms from the Subject;
Interaction with the Subject;
Sending advertising materials and information about special offers from the Operator;
Ensuring the quality operation of the Operator's website;
Ensuring compliance with regulatory legal acts, as well as decisions, instructions and requests of government authorities and persons acting on behalf or by instruction of such authorities;
Ensuring the Subject’s participation in the Operator’s events;
Ensuring the Subject’s safety during the Operator’s events.

The Subject of personal data has the right to send a request to the Operator to clarify his personal data, require blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate.
The personal data of the Subject is processed until the Operator is liquidated.
The Operator processes the personal data of the Subject in accordance with adopted local regulatory acts.
The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Subject’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other unlawful actions of third parties.
Consent can be revoked by the Subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or an electronic message to hello@our-hr.tech. Consent can be revoked subject to notification at least 10 (Ten) calendar days before the intended date of termination of data processing by the Operator.
In case of withdrawal of Consent by the Subject of personal data or his representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in Articles 6 and 10 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
By this Consent, the Subject confirms that he has reached the age of 18 years.
This Consent is valid at all times until the cessation of processing of personal data specified in clauses 5 and 8 of this Consent.
